This build fxied the UAC issue in the Vista 64bit. 
there have to editions :

Archttp_1.82_Build80902.zip : This edition have no JRE(Java Runtime Environment inside),
			used for these system with JRE installed already.

Archttp_1.82J_Build80902.zip : This edition included JRE package,
			used for these system without JRE.
